International Trade Presentation at Riffel

On January 15, students in teacher Joe Mahnic’s three Grade 12 Social Studies classes at Michael A Riffel Catholic High School enjoyed a fascinating presentation on Saskatchewan and its role in international trade. The very knowledgeable speaker was Nicholas Kokkastamapoulos, Director of the Haultain Institute, which is located at the University of Saskatchewan. The presentation clearly demonstrated the variety, strength and reach of Saskatchewan’s world-wide exports, and the almost unlimited possibilities for our students.
